What You Need To Know
Cherry Creek is an upscale community located just a few miles southeast of downtown Denver. The atmosphere – a mixture of dense urban development and tree-lined residential streets – emits a totally different vibe from downtown. Its many newer residences are blended in with some of Denver’s older homes. The neighborhood takes its name from the nearby Cherry Creek running along its south side.
At the heart of the neighborhood is the nationally-known Cherry Creek Shopping Center, with more than 160 stores to choose from. Not enough, you say? Well, this premier retail area is surrounded by Cherry Creek North, an outdoor extension of the mall that features retail stores and restaurants situated along welcoming tree-lined sidewalks. In addition, residents are drawn to the lifestyle, active parks, fine public schools, and proximity to downtown Denver that Cherry Creek offers!
