What You Need To Know
Welcome to Midtown, a cutting-edge modern homes community in North Denver! Midtown’s new contemporary homes are built with the latest technology, modern designs, and energy-efficiency to reimagine traditional urban architecture.
Located less than 15 minutes from downtown, Midtown Denver sits just outside the city’s trendiest neighborhoods and contains all the benefits of the city – art, entertainment, restaurants, nightlife – and all the advantages of a new home. Midtown feels like an extension of the historic Highlands and Berkeley neighborhoods, yet it’s unmistakably a place all its own; a celebration of the vibrant local culture!
Midtown Hangouts
The Garden Shed Community Center is a place for gatherings, large and small, including art exhibits, community events and parties. This distinctive landmark welcomes all who enter Midtown. An outdoor plaza invites lectures, live music, and seating within the garden.
Concerts and theater venues are within easy reach of Midtown. At The Venue on Cortez St. you can let your voice be heard during open mic Wednesdays or karaoke night. Or you can sing along to live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoy Tap and Taco Tuesdays, Trivia Night Wednesdays or the occasional music fest at Bruz Beers located within the community.

Midtown’s handy location means your nighttime destination lays just south in Highland or a short ride further into Downtown Denver. In Highland, hang out at Highland Tavern on Navajo St., although a low-key pub it was recently featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins & Dives featuring their amazing tater tots. Highland Tavern also boasts an extensive beer list and all sorts of games, including Ping-Pong.

Staying Active
Midtown was conceived as a place where you’ll want to spend time outdoors!Adjacent to the Clear Creek Regional Trail, Midtown is primed with parks and groomed for gardening. The 21-mile Clear Creek Bike Path explores some of the regional trail’s most scenic territory as it rolls through woodlands and open space, past wildlife and across an iconic bridge near 52nd and Gray Streets.
And no matter where you find yourself in the city, you’re likely to be only a few steps away from a lush and serene green space. The Mile High City boasts over 200 traditional parks on more than 4,000 acres where you can run, play, or just relax!
Getting From Here To There
The Clear Creek Bike Path makes getting around and beyond Midtown a breeze! Pedal west into the city of Golden, or cruise east where CCBP connects to the Platte River Trail and downtown.
The ingenious car sharing service, Car2Go, continues to blossom in the Denver area and beyond. It’s easy to have access to a car when you need it. After registering with Car2Go, just swipe your access card on the windshield of an available Car2Go. The car unlocks, the key is in the console, and vroom, off you go! Now residents can get rid of that extra car that doesn’t get used as much after having moved to Midtown Denver. There’s even a handy smartphone app that tells you where the nearest available Car2Go is parked. And Midtown’s prime locale provides easy access to Boulder on I-36, the mountains on I-70, and anywhere else in Denver on I-25!
And coming soon you’ll be able to enjoy the RTD G-Line which will get you to Union Station in 15 minutes!
